Parshall is a town of approximately 47 people and at an elevation of 7,589 feet. It is located between Kremmling and Hot Sulphur Springs in Grand County, Colorado. On the banks of the Colorado river near Byers Canyon, you’ll find residences, a post office, church, tavern & restaurant and general store. The area is in a peaceful valley surrounded by high mountain vistas and river valleys.
Tourist resorts such as the Bar Lazy J Guest Ranch and the Aspen Canyon Ranch, as well as great fishing waters along the Colorado River and the Williams Fork Reservoir (the home of Colorado’s largest pike ever caught) bring visitors in the warmer seasons. Summer activities include ATV rentals, fly fishing, horseback riding, whitewater rafting and paintball. Winter activities bring snow tubing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, and skiing nearby.
